SALARY




Our salary and benefits package is unequalled in Harbin. When combined with the Harbin’s low living costs our teacher’s standard of living and ability to save money is excellent.
Starting salary of 6000RMB with no Chinese income tax per month, with two 500RMB salary increases within the first six months. (Months 1-2 = 6000RMB, months 3-6 = 6500RMB, months 7-12 = 7000RMB)
500RMB raise every 6 months up to 9000RMB.
16,000RMB yearly contract bonus based on attendance and performance, with 4000RMB paid out every 3 months.
42 days of holiday (approximately) with 1/2 of the days paid at the end of the contract.
Opportunities for voluntary paid overtime.
Opportunities to take on additional projects as a 'senior teacher' for an additional 500RM/month
Free accommodation in private furnished modern apartments in new buildings with all utilities (including high speed internet) paid.
